The NC Red Cross has requisitioned the old converted CPR liner Ex HMCHS Frederick Banting out of mothballs. along with another Cargoship to help carry the required amount of Aid to help the whole country of Yer Bouti. once they are here deliveries will finally start after nearly two months of Bureaucratic Process since it started back in May.

Meanwhile the Yer Bouti Nationalist Government conducts its first Anti-Terror operations in the Butlins to quickly remove the brown trousers from the area in order to prevent them from using Ebola as a Weapon..

not wanting to wait even more. The NC humanitarian Aid Fleet will stick to the original plan and concluded the Bureaucratic Process on only just the capital Yer Bouti City and delivery will commence now. the rest of the country will have to be handled later when more shipments show up.

The two ships requisitioned to bring Aid to Yer Bouti City has finally arrived, and just in time too since the bureaucratic process is complete and the Nationalist government paid the Humanitarian Aid bill, delivery is now under way at YBCs main port the Nationalist military will ensure that the Aid fleet is protected from terror attacks from both Al-Kabab and Brown Trousers.


The infected Butlins province will be under tight quarantine until more aid shipments comes in. The Nationalist army forces inside the Province radioed in that they will fight to the last man destroying the Brown Trousers while keeping the rest of Yer Bouti safe from the deadly Ebola Outbreak. Their commander in the nearby Minehead upon listening gave them a salute for their act of heroism and bravery.

The NC Red Crosses Humanitarian Aid fleet has been recalled to New Canada to help the fire evacuations in Northwest territories. The fleet has departed home after concluding business with the Nationalist government in YBC who received the humanitarian Aid the other provinces will have to wait until the fleet returns.

With the forest fire situation back home under control, Bureaucrats from the NC Red Cross are returning to Yer Bouti to continue with Humanitarian Aid operations there. The NCRC Lifesaver is sailing to Yer Bouti City to bring the Bureaucrats to the country's government to sign the necessary paperwork to begin the planning process of delivering Humanitarian Aid to the YB Province of Minehead.
