Oppponets Wanted
I found that must of the emails and links in the opponent finder list are dead. Is there anyone in the Philly area looking for opponents?

Yes, the opponents section needs an update.
Sadly I am not in your area.
Any gaming stores you could try?
Perhaps HMGS: https://hmgs.org/ ?
The Little Wars TV folks are somewhere in Pennsylvania. You can contact them at https://www.littlewarstv.com/contact.html or their FB page: https://www.facebook.com/LittleWarsTV#
